Role & responsibilities Develop and execute outreach plan with follow up Pre & Post Sales strategies to increase patient referrals for liver transplants Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, OOPD partners, hospitals, and healthcare providers. Track patient inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions. Conduct competitor analysis to understand pricing, service offerings, and market positioning. Track industry trends and identify opportunities to expand the liver transplant program. Analyse patient demographics and referral patterns to optimize outreach efforts. Ensure Implementation of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to promote liver transplant services. Coordinate with regional team to organize CMEs and workshops for doctors and medical professionals. Ensure optimal online visibility by close monitoring of social media, website content, and online promotions by respective teams. Coordinate with brand team to develop patient success stories and testimonials to build trust in the program. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Masters degree in Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of organ transplant processes, patient care pathways, and healthcare regulations. Ability to handle sensitive medical information with discretion and empathy
