Position : Deputy Manager (Team Leader Home Loan) No. of requirements: 6 Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience. Minimum 3+ years of TL experience on paper CTC: Upto 4.25 LPA + Lucrative Incentives (Basis on last drawn) Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Performance Drive team targets, ensure employee retention, and maintain efficiency. Area & Geography Mapping Allocate, audit, and review progress with the team. Source Relationship Management – Strengthen partnerships and maintain key relationships. Joint Calls & Sales Visits – Conduct daily joint calls with team members. Channel Partner Recruitment – Identify and onboard new channel partners. Daily Team Huddles & Reviews – Ensure smooth execution of sales processes. Coordination with Credit Team – Oversee loan applications and provide updates. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in mortgage/home loans sales. Strong leadership and relationship management skills. Ability to drive performance and engagement.
