Job Description

OrgOrganize the day-to-day management of assigned products, ensuring smooth operations, continuous product improvements, and alignment with market needs. Monitor product performance, addressing any operational challenges and making necessary adjustments to optimize results. Conduct market analysis, identifying current and future business trends and assessing the economic environment. Coordinate the communication process for the category and the individual products. Give input in the creation of product strategies in the respective market segment. Contribute to the on-time delivery of projects at the right cost and quality by collaborating with a cross-functional team for new product development and Quick Response projects. Define product specifications and options based on customer input and specs from existing protocols where applicable. Recommend improvements in processes and share knowledge within the team. Develop an understanding of the market segment responsible for and of key competitive activities (products, pricing, programs) and analyze and propose action plans. Provide company management and sales force with reports from ongoing (dynamic) analysis regarding market conditions, competition activities, and sales activities to maintain market awareness. Preferred candidate profile Ideal candidate must be B.Tech & Full Time MBA in Marketing with 5-8 years of relevant experience (preferably in a multinational environment). Experience in managing the lifecycle of products and launching new products in the market. Must possess strong skills in Project Management/Organising/Communication & Presentation/Team Collaboration
