Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for the factory procurement unit 2. Import documentation knowledge 3. Knowledge of payment terms 4. Responsible for all miscellaneous procurement needs (except direct materials), including new factory decoration projects, production equipment (SMT, assembly line), all local departments' miscellaneous, maintenance, consumables and other procurement needs 5. Effectively execute procurement operations and achieve departmental performance. 6. Evaluate and communicate the supplier plan 7. Inquire and bargain with suppliers, for landing price and business terms 8. Review the procurement contract and payment terms 9. Cooperate with the group strategy to develop local suppliers (direct materials) 10. Conduct qualified supplier management, mass production material price verification and trial production material follow-up and other related processes. 11. Support RD development of material requirements and assist PMC in abnormal material handling. 12. Summarize and update IATF16949 & ISO14001 related documents 13. Develop and lead team Preferred candidate profile 1. Person with electronics and Import sourcing candidate preferred 2. Experience in knowledge of IATF Preferred 3. SMT experience preferred
