Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager Quality based in Hyderabad. The Deputy Manager Quality will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance activities within the hospital. Daily tasks include monitoring and evaluating compliance with health and safety regulations, developing and implementing quality improvement programs, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards. The role also involves conducting audits, staff training, and maintaining accreditation standards. Qualifications Experience in quality assurance, quality control, and health & safety regulations Skills in developing and implementing quality improvement programs and clinical standards Ability to conduct audits, staff training, and maintaining accreditation standards Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or related field Experience in a JCI or NABH accredited facility is a plus Show more Show less
