Deputy Manager - Reconciliation

Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Ensuring end to end quarterly reconciliations and sign off with all wholesale marketplaces Ensuring overall hygiene and maintenance of marketplace ledger of accounts in line with company policies Ensure timely realization of collection as per marketplace contractual pay-out timeline Smooth and timely pay-outs against committed marketing, ensure there are no deductions against payments Reconciliation of inventory with Supply chain and Marketplace- inwards at marketplace warehouses and outwards (RTV's at BIPL warehouse),to track, highlight and notify shortages, price variance, quality defects Ensuring all reconciliations are in line as per discount & marketing provisions KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Quarterly Reconciliation Sign off Collection Target Achievement Sales achievement % Gross margin regulation QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Qualifications- Graduation or Post Graduation in Management Work experience- 6- 9 years work experience in retail industry Skills required- MS Office, Analytical Ability, Data Management and presentation, Cross functional collaboration (internal & external) .
