Roles and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with NABH standards through regular quality checks and analysis. Conduct quality audits, inspections, and surveys to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement effective quality management systems to maintain high-quality patient care. Collaborate with hospital departments to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance. Provide training on quality assurance principles to staff members. Develop/ Improve department specific system & processes for quality assurance & improvement. Lead the Total Quality Management (TQM)/Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiative and coordinate quality assurance activities & performance reporting. Coordinate activities related to Quality certifications and Accreditations like NABL, NABH & JCI etc. Preferred candidate profile MHA or MBA in healthcare with 2 - 5 years of experiance of NABH
