Designation: Project Architect Education: B.Arch Experience: 5+ years in design (real estate) Location: Andheri (5 mins walkable from WEH Metro Station and 2 km from Andheri Station) Industry: Real Estate Responsibilities Prepare design concepts, architectural drawings, and working drawings for various projects Manage project design from conceptualization to completion, ensure timely delivery of high-quality results Develop detailed designs using GFC Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution Responsible to oversee the design and execution of the project including master plan and conceptual design Provide technical guidance on architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations Manage office responsibilities along with weekly site visits to ensure project progress What are we looking for?
