Research and Development: - Stay updated with new editing styles, animations, transitions, and text styles. - Adapt new trends and techniques into our videos. - Explore different animated techniques and styles that align with our design language. 3. Content Creation and Collaboration: - Discuss with the content team to adapt suitable content into animation. - Participate in pre-production meetings to assist the social media team with direction for shoots. 4. Shoot and Production: - Innovate and propose interesting ways to shoot our videos. - Assist with shoots for other teams when required. 5. Team Leadership and Management: - Lead and manage a team of video editors. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
