Job Title: Design Coordinator – Coworking Spaces Company: Incubex Location: Bangalore Role Overview: Incubex is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to lead the design and execution of innovative coworking spaces. This role demands a keen eye for aesthetics, space optimization, and brand consistency, with a strong grasp of the unique requirements of shared work environments. You will manage the full design lifecycle—from concept development to project delivery—ensuring functional, flexible, and visually engaging spaces that meet both operational goals and user expectations. Key Responsibilities: Design Strategy & Planning: Lead the design team in conceptualizing adaptable and creative coworking environments. Develop comprehensive 2D layout plans and immersive 3D visualizations tailored to flexible workspaces. Ensure each design reflects the Incubex brand identity while accommodating diverse user needs. Collaborate closely with stakeholders—project managers, architects, and clients—to define design objectives and deliver solutions. Innovate in creating functional zoning, privacy modules, meeting pods, and collaborative zones. 3D Visualization & Presentation: Oversee the creation of high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs using V-Ray and Corona Renderer. Present compelling visual representations to clients, investors, and internal stakeholders. Optimize materials, finishes, lighting, and space interactions for photorealistic outputs. Requirements: Proven experience in coworking or commercial workspace interior design. Strong project management and leadership skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD for space planning and technical layouts. Advanced expertise in 3ds Max , V-Ray , and Corona Renderer . Deep understanding of layout planning, ergonomics, material specifications, and building services. Knowledge of local building bylaws and safety regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with coworking or commercial renovation projects. Understanding of agile design trends, sustainability in interiors, and smart workspace solutions.
