Designation : Assistant Manager Reporting To : Deputy General Manager Engineering Reporting Matters : Design Engineering Indenting (Stores & Purchase) Technical Clearance for Procurement Inspection Issues Related to Material Quality Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests Educational Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / M.E. / M.Tech in Engineering Experience Required : Approximately 5 years of experience in Project Management and Design Skills Required : Team Management Strong Communication Skills Technical Expertise in Design & Engineering Documentation & Record Keeping Planning, Execution & Coordination Inspection and Testing of Integrated Systems System Maintenance Awareness of Safety & Environmental Standards Key Responsibilities : Manage daily operations of the engineering department Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide updates Review design and engineering documents and secure timely approvals from clients/consultants Ensure timely completion of projects up to the stage of material dispatch/supply Prepare design documents based on specific project needs Review and implement quality procedures and monitor manufacturing processes Prepare dispatch schedules and site activity lists Conduct inspection and testing of integrated systems Oversee maintenance activities for systems installed Interested Candidate share their resume srk@vimalfire.com
