Roles and responsibilities: Resolve laptop and desktop hardware and software issues Take user backup, and help with windows installation, antivirus installation, email configuration and maintain email data Support user to resolve hardware and software issues, Printer configuration Network/Local Installing, configuring, and working on operating systems of Linux Windows 2012, Windows 2013, Windows 2016, Windows 10, Ubuntu16, Ubuntu17, Ubuntu18, CentOS Configuring mails pop3 / IMAP account in Outlook, troubleshooting Outlook problems, and maintaining PST. Application installation, troubleshoot and maintenance Takes and update the inventory sheet of System, Server, Switch, Printer, Laptop, Spare system, User inventory, Office Layout etc. Proactive monitoring of systems and infrastructure health and responding to alerts to provide high availability and performance of IT infrastructure Handling incidents and carrying out RCAs. Candidate Requirement: B.E/B.Sc/BCS with 1+ years of experience Basic knowledge of active directories server, tally server and CCTV system Ready to work 24 / 7 support and client interaction technologies related issues. Technical Skills: Operating Systems: Extensive knowledge of operating systems like Windows, macOS and Linux distributions Hardware: Understanding of computer components, mobile devices, printers, networks, all type of server hardware realted troubleshooting e.g. server HDD replacement, RAID configuration etc.. Software: Familiarity with productivity software, collaboration tools, security programs, etc. Diagnostics: Ability to review logs, run monitoring tools, conduct testing to pinpoint issues Networking Concepts: Solid grasp of how LANs, WANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs etc. function
