Technical support for desktop systems, software, and hardware, Install, configure, Manage hardware inventory ,patches, updates, and antivirus software We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for desktop systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting end-user systems, as well as managing updates, patches, and antivirus solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications Manage hardware inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed Apply system patches, updates, and antivirus definitions regularly Maintain documentation for system configurations, support processes, and troubleshooting steps
