Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description

Travel to different locations for on-site support , making a bike mandatory for quick accessibility. Guide users with step-by-step instructions to resolve the issues. Customising the desktop applications as per the needs of users and clients. Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktop systems, software, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates . Assist users with system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting . Maintain technical documentation and update support tickets regularly. Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for advanced troubleshooting and repairs. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
