💼 Hiring: IT Support Engineer (1+ Years Experience) 📍 Location: Bandra West, Mumbai 🕒 Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (as per requirement) 💰 Salary: Up to ₹22,000/month 🚗 Travel: Required across 4 studio locations as needed About the Role: We're looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys solving tech problems, providing end-user support, and keeping systems running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do: 🔹 Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals 🔹 Troubleshoot Windows OS, VPN, network, email & software issues 🔹 Manage AD accounts, access control, and password resets 🔹 Handle ticketing systems and resolve issues within SLA timelines 🔹 Support VoIP and telephony systems (especially for BPO setups) 🔹 Travel to different studio locations as required 🔹 Document troubleshooting steps and maintain knowledge base 🔹 Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection guidelines What We’re Looking For: ✅ Minimum 1 year of IT support experience ✅ Hands-on with hardware troubleshooting, system assembling, diagnostics ✅ Windows & application installation knowledge ✅ Experience handling 50–60 users ✅ Remote support experience is a plus ✅ Average communication skills in English 📩 Interested?
