Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Delhi, India. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, assisting in printer support, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, maintaining and upgrading computer hardware, and supporting end-users with technical issues. Qualifications Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting Knowledge and skills in Printer Support Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred Show more Show less
