Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Assist users with OS, application, and email-related issues. Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN). Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed. Required Skills: Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in shifts (if required). Educational Qualification/Experience B.tech/BE, Technically certified (preferred) 2-4 Years Installation & Troubleshooting: Antivirus, MS office, Mailing clients and other software Hardware, Desktop & Laptops Network Printer & Scanner Operating System Windows, MAC, Windows Server (Optional) Patch management for desktops, laptops Troubleshooting all network and application issues Desired Candidate Profile Should be self-motivated and a self-starter. Should be able to thrive in a performance-driven environment. Effective communicator with different types of audiences: internal team, vendors and terminal staff Thanks!
