The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving IT issues, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems. Qualifications Technical Skills: Hardware Troubleshooting, Software Installation, System ConfigurationCustomer Service Skills: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical usersProblem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilitiesExperience with Windows and Mac operating systemsKnowledge of networking concepts and protocolsProfessional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plusMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
