Job Description: We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for desktop and laptop systems, printers, and Active Directory services. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensure proper setup and configuration of devices, and assist with user account management. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and printers. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform repairs or escalate as needed. Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory. Install, configure, and maintain software applications. Offer support via phone, email, or in-person to resolve technical issues. Requirements: Experience with desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting. Familiarity with printer setup and configuration. Knowledge of Active Directory for user account management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication and customer service skills.
