Company - Preschool & Daycare Working Days - 6 Days a week Male candidate required Immediately Joiner Role & responsibilities Technical Support: hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and 1 peripheral device problems. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), applications, and software updates. Remote desktop support. Network Support: . troubleshooting of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN). Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless connections. Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Assist with network device configuration (routers, switches, Firewalls) Hardware and Software Management: Perform hardware and software inventory management. Deploy and configure new desktop and laptop systems. Manage software licensing and updates. Maintain and troubleshoot VoIP phone systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in a desktop support role. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues. Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience with Active Directory or similar user management systems. Familiarity with remote desktop support tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A+ , Network+ or similar certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash). Knowledge of cloud-based services (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace). Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools. Experience with VoIP systems.
