Roles and Responsibilities Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot Outlook email clients and resolve technical problems related to email configuration. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching operating systems, updating software applications, and managing antivirus definitions. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field. Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in configuring Outlook email clients (including setup, troubleshooting, and optimization). Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP) and ability to work with networked devices.
