We are seeking a motivated and dynamic fresher for the role of Desktop Support . The ideal candidate will be fluent in English communication to provide effective support to foreign clients. This is a 24/7 rotational shift role, and the candidate must be willing to work from our office in Coimbatore . Key Responsibilities: Provide desktop support for end-users via phone, email, and remote tools. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure quick resolution. Assist clients with operating system, software applications, and network connectivity. Ensure timely and efficient support across various shifts. Maintain high-quality communication with international clients. Requirements: Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a must. Willingness to work from the office in Coimbatore.
