As a Senior ITSpecialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the OrganizationsCorporate store retail IT program. Your expertise in IT operations, security,and project management will contribute to the success of our retail technologyinitiatives. Key Responsibilities Serveas prime resource for Organizations Corporate store retail IT program Collaboratewith IT security prime to ensure security initiatives are actioned andremediated Assistin developing and maintaining IT plans and standards, including monthlycurrency plan, Operating System Image Creation, Intune / Autopilot plan, andWindows OS and 3rd party patching Troubleshootincidents related to hardware/software as required Maintainthe IT POS lab and ensure hardware and software standards are met RepresentIT in meetings related to store build and new technology Testnew hardware and software as required Managesmall projects, including MS monthly patch testing, reporting, and mitigation,and developing patching plans for 3rd party and other app patching. Technology skills MicrosoftProducts: Intune, Autopilot, Windows OS ITService Management: ITIL Foundation OperatingSystem: Windows 10, Windows Server Hardware:PC, Laptop, Mobile Devices Software:Microsoft Office, Antivirus software Networking:LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi Security:Patch management, Vulnerability management ProjectManagement: Agile, Waterfall Required qualifications to be successful inthis role Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Total3+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or related field. Strongproblem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Familiaritywith IT service management best practices and Microsoft products. Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills.
