The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), should be fluent in English & corresponding.Location - MumbaiExperience: 15 + years Qualification Diploma / B-tech in Civil Engineering.Job Description 1. Lead and manage coordination and execution of residential and commercial construction projects.2. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring milestones are met and projects are completed on time. 3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure the effective execution of the project.4. Oversee and manage the execution of RCC work and ensure compliance with structural design specifications. 5. Supervise all finishing work, including external and internal finishes, ensuring high-quality standards. 6. Ensure that interior works are carried out as per design specifications, with attention to aesthetics and functionality. 7. Ensure the highest quality of construction, including strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and industry regulations. 8.
