Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with experience in Node.js, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, server deployment, MongoDB, microservices, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD . The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating, optimizing, and maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment and high availability of applications. Key Responsibilities: CI/CD & Automation : Design, implement, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment. Cloud Infrastructure : Manage and optimize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, and EKS for scalable application hosting. Server Deployment & Configuration : Oversee deployment and maintenance of Node.js applications, ensuring high availability and security. Containerization & Orchestration : Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes , ensuring efficient scaling and monitoring. Database Management : Administer and optimize MongoDB databases for performance, security, and reliability. Microservices Architecture : Support the development and deployment of microservices-based applications. Monitoring & Logging : Implement monitoring solutions using Datadog or AWS CloudWatch to ensure system health. Security & Compliance : Enforce best practices in security, access control, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation . Collaboration : Work closely with developers to improve system reliability and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role. Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD or other CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions . Strong experience with AWS cloud services. Hands-on experience with Node.js application deployment . Proficiency in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes . Experience with MongoDB , including performance tuning and backups. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation . Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Datadog.
