Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, scaling, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain Docker images and containers, ensuring security best practices. Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP) using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles (e.g., Terraform). Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools and automation scripts. Qualifications: At least 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role. Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker. Experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible, Puppet). Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python). Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Experience or willingness to learn some frontend frameworks (ReactJS, NodeJS, Angular) Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points: Experience with Helm charts and service meshes (Istio, Linkerd). Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Experience with security best practices for cloud and container environments. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
