As an Engineer, you will be responsible for building this cutting-edge technology framework that facilitates developer productivity without compromising on quality at enterprise scale. Responsibilities: Have a passion for automation and optimization. Have an aptitude for working with engineers to improve their experience. Have a drive to proactively identify and resolve points of friction in CI/CD processes while pushing towards best-in-class capabilities. Have real world experience in DevOps across a variety of technology stacks and at multiple levels of the stack. Be a natural communicator and capable of working with geographically diverse colleagues to collaborate on issues between teams and subject matter domains. Put the customer first and advocate on their behalf when we design and roll out new and improved capabilities. Qualifications: 4+ years Engineering and/or Sysadmin experience, including Linux infrastructure management. Strong understanding of application containerization through Docker. Direct experience with CI/CD & release orchestration tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab Pipelines, CircleCI, XL Release, etc). Direct experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible/Terraform). Fluent in scripting through Python and common Linux shell scripts. Working knowledge of observability systems (Prometheus/Splunk/ELK) as well as monitoring and performance optimization. Working knowledge of data visualization capabilities (Splunk/Kibana/Grafana). Working knowledge of modern infrastructure architecture, networking and security principles in public, private and hybrid cloud-based environments. Familiarity with infrastructure virtualization (VMWare). Familiarity with cloud platform management (AWS/GCP/Kubernetes/OpenShift)
