Job Description

Purpose of Job: To ensure Sales through Channel Partners(Retail, Institutional, Out station, International & Alternate Channels) at active projects. To lead a team of Channel Sales Managers within assigned territory and formulate the channel strategy for the sale of projects. Essential Qualifications: MBA Mktg / Finance preferred with minimum 10 years experience in Channel Partnership role Essential Experience: -Candidate must have handled end to end sales -Strong oral and written communication skills -Ability to lead a team and to develop customers from prospecting to booking -Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle various tasks -Knowledge or experience of CRM and/or sales automation tools preferred -Experience in inbound/outbound customer service preferred ; must have worked on the field/site -Should have managed teams and have good stakeholder management skills Key Roles/Responsibilities: Ensure significant contribution to sales through channels partners at active projects Maintain & expand organizations database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel Contribution of Channel Sales in value and volume achievement as per target Improve quality & quantity of channel database to ensure each projects meet the sales targeted from channels Develop & drive the channel sales team & (To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners Liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners Prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners and o versee the organization of channel related events Leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre launches & launches Ensure constantly improving channel partner experience to maintain engagement and quality Assign and delegate work to branch channel managers and supervise all areas of operation in accordance with established company policies/procedures, objectives and applicable processes .
