ROLE DESCRIPTORS: Financial Reporting & Compliance Working Capital & Capex Management Internal Controls & Risk Management Audit & Assurance Costing & Profitability Management Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning KEY COMPETENCIES: Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions Ability to design and monitor internal controls to ensure financial integrity and mitigate risks Skills in cost containment, margin analysis, and operational efficiency Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights Understanding of business operations and the ability to align financial strategies with organizational goals Agility in navigating change, solving financial challenges, and adapting to evolving regulations Experience in managing finance teams, mentoring staff, and fostering collaboration QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: CA with 14 to 18 years of experience ROLE AUTHORITY: To be able to lead Finance function at the site.
