Job Description

Role & responsibilities : To provide a leadership role in all aspects of the companys financial operations and coordinating all activities Provide accurate and timely financial information, MIS, Cost & Contracts, recommendations and reports to facilitate the decision-making process of management Perform analysis on various company projects and plans and provide alternatives and recommendations. Review of Accounts Payable with respect to Purchase, Service, Employee expenses, Vendor payment of bills etc. Preparing reports on Annual budget, Maintenance agreements, Variance analysis, AR, AP etc Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements Co-ordination with internal and statutory auditors Statutory Compliance review, returns and payments: I. Monthly TDS payments II. ESIC payments and monthly returns III. PF payments, monthly and annual returns IV. GST payments and returns filing V. Professional tax payments and monthly returns VI. Quarterly advance income tax computation and payments Formulating and strengthening Internal Control Systems, Book-keeping, petty cash and daily review of entries. Preferred candidate profile Should be an excellent Team leader willing to work strictly to the timelines. Chartered Accountant with 8 to 12 years of experience Preferably from Construction / Infrastructure background Should know micro level work requirements and be a role model in getting & doing the work efficiently.
