Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and seasoned HR Professional for our new projects in the role of DGM/AGM - HR . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR with a minimum of 15+ years of working experience in the textile industry, preferably in the apparel industry. "Candidates must be local within Tamil Nadu". "We require candidates those who are willing to relocate to Erode". Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end HR functions with a focus on manpower management in the garment industry. • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance. • Develop HR strategies that align with business objectives. • Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances. • Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and industry standards. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Requirements: • Postgraduate degree in HR/IR/PM/ MBA-HR/MSW/MLM - (Regular Only) • Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in HR, preferably in the textile industry.
