Role & responsibilities 1. Develop and execute industrial relations policies and strategies. 2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions and employee representatives. 4. Lead collective bargaining and union negotiations. 5. Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues. 6. Prepare reports and provide insights on industrial relations matters to senior management. 7. Stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices. Note:- Candidates with experience in the manufacturing sector will be preferred.
