DGM/GM - Asset Management (O&M)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Review Generation & Performance of Plants on a daily basis Good knowledge of SCADA. Scheduling and forecasting and tracking of deviation. Preparation of internal deviation statement. Identifying low generating assets Identify malfunctioning equipment or equipment showing abnormal behaviour. Knowledge of PV String Analysis Efficiency monitoring of modules, suggesting optimum cleaning frequency Suggest steps & methods to improve generation & efficiency Preparation & circulation of MIS reports Responsible for proper long term storage of plant operation data Direct the development of annual O&M plans including capital and operating budgets, monitor production yield accounting. Manage availability of asset licenses and technology etc. to ensure the project sites achieve desired margins and performance targets with minimal loss in material/asset reliability. Facilitate the establishment of standard O&M procedures and monitor operational data against SOPs to identify and implement best practices for continuous process improvement basis parameters of quality, energy efficiency, cost etc. Identification and implementation of new & advanced technical solution . Hand Over and Take over of plants Performance guarantee test Maintain Ethical practice Preferred candidate profile B.E/B. Tech.
