Job Description

Role & responsibilities Should be technically sound in Electrical System In-depth knowledge in EHV Electrical equipment & MV cabling system Good knowledge of protection and metering system Protection relay coordination and setting Experience & expertise in Testing & Troubleshooting of Electrical equipment such as Transformers & cables Good oral & written communication Willing to travel to site for issue resolution Prior experience in Plant Engineering/ commissioning preferred Site support for troubleshooting Knowledge of Equipment testing and calibration Knowledge of prevailing standards Good teaching & coaching skills Will be responsible for all technical aspects of Solar Plant Operation. Spare planning and sourcing. Long term maintenance planning and resource arrangement. Equipment health monitoring and predictive analysis. Training and development of team. Site visit and review. In charge and coordination for northern region plan Provide technical support to plant O&M teams during breakdowns & restorations Responsible for maintaining all technical documentation such as OEM manuals, drawings, Maintenance Procedures etc Responsible for defining Maintenance Schedules & Processes (along with Maintenance Planning I/C) Co-ordinate with the Engineering department for any additional support as may be required. Feedback & suggestions for Engineering Commissioning and taking over of new plants New Technology & Innovation Preferred candidate profile 15-18 years in Solar PV Plant Engineering/Site Execution Good knowledge & hands on experience on Solar PV Plant Electrical equipment Interested candidates may apply to alimpiya.gogoi@avaada.com
