Job Description

Role & responsibilities * Responsible to oversee the Plant 'operations(Production, Quality, Procurement &HR), Plant's capacity utilization & Total Supply Chain Management. * Should be Expertise in overseeing production processes at microlevel, ensuring operational efficiency & minimizing unnecessary expenses referring the budgeted lines. * Ability to develop production plans that align with customer's demand and business goals & optimizing resource utilization. * Strong people leadership skills. * Ensure food quality management systems and food safety protocol should be in place * Address employees issues or grievances, and identify areas towards employee welfare. * Develop good rapport with external stake holders and regulatory / statutory authorities. * Implementation of policies and systems allowing company to meet its commitments. * Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
