Candidate should have good knowledge of RCC level as well as finishing level construction activities and must be well versed with Auto CAD. Costing, quality control , budgeting, planning, maintaining the timelines along with quality of construction and giving possession to the clients are the qualities we are looking for in the candidate. He must be able to handle various sites and co - ordinate with all concerned consultants and contractors. Duties: To study the drawings, tender and specifications and administer the project based on same.Forecasting requirement of resources. Co-ordination with the architect, structural consultants for the drawings required for the projects.
