Role & responsibilities The Quantity Surveyor cum Billing Engineer is responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This includes estimating costs, preparing bills of quantities, monitoring project budgets, and managing the billing process. The role requires a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations to ensure projects are completed within budget and billed accurately.Key Responsibilities:1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.2. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled.3. Prepare bills of quantities by analyzing architectural and engineering drawings.4. Assist in the preparation of contract documents, including tenders and contracts.5. Evaluate and negotiate variations and claims6. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.7. Prepare and submit client bills and invoices as per the agreed schedule.8.
