Pre Sales Real Estate Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Pre-Sales Real Estate Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, providing them with detailed information on pre-construction real estate projects. Your primary responsibility is to qualify, educate, engage leads and ensure consistent follow up until closing the sale.Your role will be crucial in guiding customers through the early stages of the sales process, ensuring they fully understand the properties, locations, amenities, and benefits. Ultimately, you will help drive sales to completion by working closely with the Sales manager. Male Candidates Preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Qualification Proactively reach out to potential buyers through various channels (calls, emails, online inquiries). Understand client needs and preferences, offering tailored information on relevant projects. Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and keep them engaged. Project Consultation Provide detailed insights into pre-construction properties, including floor plans, pricing, amenities, and location benefits. Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring they have a clear understanding of available opportunities. Appointment Scheduling Identify serious buyers and schedule appointments with the sales closing team. Ensure a consistent follow ups through multiple communication channels Market Research & Competitive Analysis Stay updated on current hot selling real estate projects and create sales package for client sharing Gather client feedback and report insights to improve sales strategies. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the sales teams to optimize lead conversion. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in CRM systems.Qualifications & Skills Recent grads welcome prior experience in real estate, pre-sales, or customer service as an asset. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills is a must Ability to build relationships and engage with clients effectively.
