1)Prepare appropriate and customised Diet plans for patients with Diabetes,Obesity, Hypertension,gout,CKD and children with poor weight gain,shortstature or obesity in order to attain specific health goals 2) Coordinate with Endocrinologist ,diabetes educator and other team members in care of patient 3)Continuous followup of patients with Diabetes,Obesity and other chronic conditions to improve their health outcomes- online via chat followups- upto 200 patients will be there at any time Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have first rate knowlegde, empathy and excellent communication skills with fluency in english plus one or more indian languages. Someone with experience working with Diabetologist or endocrinologist and caring for these patients. Candidates with previous diet coach experience in sugar.fit, Healthify me and having recieved training there will have an edge. Experienced candidates can expect higher pay than the advertised payband based on experience. additional skills like assisting with CME conduct, Digital marketing, Sales of diet packages are welcome There will be 6-7- hrs of work in office located at BTM second stage where patients have to be seen in person. Patients who enroll in Disease management packages have to be followed via messaging and video/phone calls as necessary Perks and benefits monthly salary can range between 20,000 to 30,000 based on experience, skill. Candidates can expect a 10% hike after 1year of work and bonuses if performing well and able to meet the needs of organisation-Pay is usally generous. there is a very congenial work environment. Leaves are allowed CL 2 every month- there is -there is leave encash ment available. PF will be available as per regulations. there is no Health insurance. In the lower pay band ESI may be applicable. For exceptional out station candidates who want to relocate to Bangalore - we can provide PG accomodation for few months along with agreed CTC - to facilitate settlement in Bangalore.
