Role & responsibilities Social Media Management Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms. Monitor social media trends, track competitors, and adapt strategies accordingly. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments/messages. Digital Marketing Manager Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and customer acquisition. Utilize SEO strategies to optimize online content and improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across digital channels. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and make data-driven adjustments. Performance Marketing Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive efficient customer acquisition. Manage paid advertising campaigns across various channels, optimizing for ROI. Implement A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to refine marketing approaches. Content Creation Develop compelling and relevant content for blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms. Work closely with design teams to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content. Community Engagement Foster relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to amplify brand reach. Actively participate in relevant online communities and forums to build a positive brand presence. Analytics, Course Correction, & Brand Score Improvement Monitor and analyze social media, performance of digital marketing efforts on daily basis. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization. Implement course correction strategies based on data insights to improve brand performance. Continuously assess and enhance brand scores through targeted marketing initiatives. Agency Management Collaborate with external agencies for advertising, content creation, and other marketing initiatives. Ensure agencies adhere to timelines, budgets, and deliver high-quality work. Essential Skills required in Candidate (Functional) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Proven 2 - 4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist or Performance Marketing Specialist preferably in B2B logistics. Social Media Management: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies for brand presence, engagement, Social Listening and lead generation. Performance Marketing: Expertise in performance marketing channels, including paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), with a focus on optimizing ROI, conversion rates, and cost-effectiveness. SEO and SEM: Proficient understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance search engine rankings. Content Marketing: Strong understanding of content marketing principles, including content creation, distribution, and promotion to build brand authority and engage the target audience. Data Analytics: Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, extracting actionable insights for continuous improvement.
