Join our innovating Digital Commercial team As a Digital Commercial Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work with Industrial Solutions cloud agnostic SaaS solutions leveraging advanced machine learning and AI technologies to uncover patterns from large data sets, enabling predictive action for multiple markets operations. Partner with the best As a Digital Commercial Manager, you will cover commercial support, and contracts risk management and negotiations. You will collaborate with the deal team leading the global commercial operations activities for Industrial Solutions’ digital offerings, including Software as a Service Cordant suites of solutions. As a Digital Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: Being accountable for the overall commercial proposal strategy for the deals that include joint digital product offeringOwning the proposal development process, including proposal quality and automation/productivityWorking collaboratively and cross-functionally, providing leadership and strategic guidance in a matrix environment to drive optimal proposal results and minimize risk through coordination with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and ComplianceExhibiting strong expertise in the development of risk mitigation strategies that consider identified triggers in RFP’s and customer T&C’s while meeting business objectivesAnalyzing/evaluating terms and conditions and lead contract negotiations, engaging with customers to close dealsContributing to frameworks for prices and conditions.Handling diverse clients in a region.Developing negotiation strategy, anticipating and removing obstacles to closure Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeHave experience in a Sales/Commercial role in contract risk management and contract negotiations and interest in cloud-based software as a service, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.Be committed to customer service and have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Have good commercial acumen, negotiation experience and ability to coordinate several deals simultaneously.Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills.
