Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design?The role has accountability for delivery towards the goals and objectives shared by the Platform Directors and Content Management lead for Marketing Content Reuse and meet clients Global business outcomes. ?The individual is responsible to liaise with markets as well as agencies to ensure smooth delivery of operations for Library Services team.?Accountable for the continuous improvement in upload TAT, manage the upload?Content Upload & asset management?Subject matter expert on the process?Create workarounds and highlight anomalies when faced with technical challenges in the tool?Work effectively with team members and requestors, understand the requirements and provide appropriate solutions?Assist users in concerns around the upload process.?Create weekly bulletins for end usersThe role will be aligned to our Digital Asset Management team which is responsible for making management tasks and decisions surrounding the ingestion, annotation, cataloging, storage, retrieval, and distribution of digital assets. They act as a sort of librarian - archivist, organizer, and guardian of a company or organization s files, photos, video, audio, and other digital content. This is a highly collaborative role that can encompass responsibilities such as the proper management of usage rights and file permissions. What are we looking for? Graduate required. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in upload and download of digital assets, content management, ensuring quality of content and meeting the minimum requirements of content standards as set by the client Experience in working on DAM Awareness about Digital Asset Management Platform MSOffice - Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint Has excellent verbal and written communication skills Has experience in team management and client management Experience participating in a collaborative team environment Experience in vendor management Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused Demonstrate ability to think strategically Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments The decisions that you make would impact your own work You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualifications Any Graduation
