Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy individual who will be responsible for coordinating with our digital agency for social media activities and actively contributing to the camopanys IT department. The ideal candidate should have a blend of digital marketing expertise and IT proficiency to enhance the companys digital presence while ensuring smooth technological operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital & Social Media Coordination - Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the digital marketing agency. - Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, content approvals, and engagement strategies. - Review, approve, and refine social media creatives, videos, and content before publication. - Monitor social media analytics and provide insights for performance improvement. - Ensure community engagement by responding to online queries and maintaining brand alignment. - Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and recommend improvements. 2. IT Support & Maintenance - Assist in managing and updating the companys website and digital assets. - Troubleshoot IT-related issues and coordinate with vendors for technical support. - Maintain digital records, databases, and internal communication platforms. - Support the implementation of new IT tools, software, and security measures. - Ensure proper functioning of audio-visual equipment for events and online programs. 3. Digital Strategy & Innovation - Collaborate with company leadership to develop and execute digital growth strategies. - Identify areas for digital optimization and suggest innovative solutions. - Research and implement new technological advancements to enhance outreach and efficiency. 4. Training & Internal Communication - Provide training to company members on digital tools and IT-related best practices. - Streamline internal communication using digital platforms. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors degree in IT, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing coordination, IT support, or similar roles. - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and IT infrastructure. - Experience in coordinating with digital agencies and managing online campaigns. - Proficiency in website management (WordPress, CMS) and basic IT troubleshooting. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Preferred Skills: - Experience in working with spiritual organizations, NGOs, or community-driven initiatives. - Familiarity with SEO, digital advertising, and content marketing strategies. - Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing. - Understanding of cloud storage, cyber security, and data management best practices.
