Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist Job Type : Full-time Location : Surat, Gujarat Reports To : Head of Department Job Summary We are seeking a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and data analytics to drive online growth and improve search rankings. Key Responsibilities SEO & SEM Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research , competitor analysis, and content gap analysis. Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for SEO. Monitor and improve website performance, speed, and user experience (UX) . Develop and execute link-building strategies through guest posting, outreach, and collaborations. Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz . Run and optimize Google Ads (PPC campaigns) to maximize ROI. Content & Social Media Marketing Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and website content. Optimize content for readability, keyword placement, and engagement. Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube . Create and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and ad performance . Use data insights to adjust strategies and improve marketing efforts . A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and SEO. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google algorithms, and search ranking factors . Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools . Experience running Google Ads (PPC), Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads . Solid understanding of content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing . Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website optimization . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications. Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). Knowledge of video marketing and YouTube SEO.
