Position: Freelancer Digital Marketing Consultant Industry: Training & Education Location: Remote Engagement: Part-time / Project-based Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Freelancer Digital Marketing Consultant to drive lead generation for our training business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to attract potential students and professionals for our training programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Conversion Develop and implement result-oriented digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for training programs. Utilize SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and email marketing to improve lead flow. Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize conversion rates. Paid & Organic Digital Marketing Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns to boost lead generation. Optimize landing pages, ad copies, and A/B test different strategies for better ROI. Implement organic strategies (SEO, content marketing, social media engagement, and influencer marketing) to drive traffic. Content Strategy & Social Media Management Create engaging content, blogs, infographics, and social media posts to attract and nurture leads. Manage and grow our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube presence. Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and email campaigns to engage potential learners. Analytics & Performance Tracking Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI, lead quality, etc.). Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Track competitor strategies and suggest innovative approaches. Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization. Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and content marketing. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation. Experience in education/training industry marketing is preferred.
