Job Title: Digital Marketing & Customer Journey Specialist (Dynamics 365 Platform) Location: Remote Experience: 4–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Customer Journey Specialist with 4–6 years of experience in designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, with a passion for creating personalized and impactful customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and implement digital marketing campaigns using Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights . Map, optimize, and automate customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and retention. Create and manage customer segments, lead scoring models, and behavior-based triggers. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with customer lifecycle stages. Utilize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools to generate actionable insights and reports. Manage email marketing, landing pages, lead nurturing, and event marketing through Dynamics 365. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and dashboards; provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure data integrity, compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations, and best practices in CRM and marketing automation. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and/or Customer Insights . Proven track record of designing and executing omnichannel customer journeys. Experience with marketing automation, CRM integration, and customer segmentation strategies. Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, personalization, and campaign performance metrics. Familiarity with Power BI , Power Automate , and Azure services is a plus. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Marketing or Customer Insights. Experience working in B2B or enterprise environments. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or other digital ad platforms. Show more Show less
