We seek a highly skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret digital marketing data across various projects and clients. The primary focus will be to derive actionable insights, identify patterns, and provide recommendations to improve ROI. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, data visualization, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, SEO, and other platforms. Performance Measurement: Track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including engagement, conversions, CTR, CPC, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Insight Generation: Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to improve campaign performance and marketing strategies. Optimization Recommendations: Provide actionable suggestions to enhance ROI, reduce acquisition costs, and improve overall marketing efficiency. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests, analyze performance, and recommend improvements based on data-driven conclusions. Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present data insights to stakeholders. Marketing Attribution & Funnel Analysis: Assess customer journeys, attribution models, and conversion paths to optimize marketing spend allocation. Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze competitor data and industry benchmarks to provide strategic recommendations for growth. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure data-driven decisions drive marketing strategies. Automation & Process Improvement: Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline data analysis and reporting processes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SQL, Excel, and Google BigQuery. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and reporting. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, and CRO metrics. Understanding of multi-touch attribution models, customer journey mapping, and funnel analytics. Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools like Google Optimize or VWO. Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights in a clear, actionable manner. Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis. Familiarity with marketing automation tools Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
