Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Full Stack Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, SEO, and content marketing . Your focus will be on driving traffic, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility. NOTE : This is a hands-on, full-stack digital marketing role suited for someone who can take ownership and deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns , from planning to execution, with a strong focus on lead generation , conversions, and ROI tracking. Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and paid campaigns. Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) , Facebook , and Instagram . Conduct keyword research , audience targeting, and performance analysis. Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing , and content marketing initiatives . Optimize website content for search engines and improve page speed/mobile responsiveness. Build backlinks and improve domain authority. Monitor website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics , Search Console , and Meta Ads Manager . Collaborate on blog, website, and social media content planning and creation. Work with tools like WordPress , Webflow , and video editors such as CapCut , Canva , or Premiere Pro . Preferred Candidate Profile Must be self-driven and result-oriented , capable of independently handling the full digital marketing funnel from creating content and running paid campaigns to lead capture, nurturing, and performance analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask. A strong interest in learning digital marketing tools and trends. Basic knowledge of digital channels and website CMS platforms. Familiarity with video editing or design tools is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
