Job Overview: Were seeking a data-driven and creative Growth Strategist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the interplay between content, performance marketing, and digital platforms — and is passionate about driving measurable growth. You'll work on SEO, WordPress site management, email campaigns, and social media , contributing directly to lead generation, engagement, and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Growth-Focused SEO: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility. Optimize landing pages and blog content to increase traffic and conversions. Track keyword performance, monitor backlinks, and recommend technical SEO fixes. Website Growth Management (WordPress): Manage and update website content, blogs, and landing pages via WordPress. Work with designers and developers to implement UX improvements that impact user engagement. Run A/B tests or experiments on landing pages to improve performance. Email Campaign Strategy: Design and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and increasing retention. Manage audience segmentation, automate workflows, and track performance metrics. Suggest improvements based on open rates, CTRs, and conversions. Social Media & Brand Engagement: Strategize and schedule posts aligned with marketing campaigns and growth goals. Monitor social engagement and suggest content optimizations. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency. Performance Reporting & Analysis: Generate monthly reports on SEO, website traffic, email metrics, and social growth. Use insights to drive data-informed marketing decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth experience. Strong grasp of SEO, content strategy, email marketing, and social media trends. Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console, and email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo). Basic understanding of performance metrics and growth funnels. Creative mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
