As we scale our operations and digital presence, we’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to lead our online marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for gold and silver buying services.Build and manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube) with targeted, engaging content.Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking in relevant local and national searches.Track and analyze website traffic, lead sources, and digital performance metrics using Google Analytics and related tools.Manage online reputation including customer reviews and feedback.Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers for creative and technical marketing needs.Drive campaigns that support specific services such as home pickup, pledged gold release, and real-time rate calculators.Monitor competitors and industry trends to adjust digital strategy accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and lead generation strategies.Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and Canva.Experience in running hyperlocal marketing campaigns is a strong plus.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Experience in jewellery, gold loan, fintech, or financial services sector is an advantage.
